Paul Rudolph had a job back in 1960's to redesign this 19th-century carriage house into modern contemporary livable space. Take a look at amazing interiors he designed, called Urban Retreat. Rooms are connected with incredible open space while everything is spiced up with modern art all over the house.


Located in Manhattan's Upper East Side, 50 years later, this wonderful modern home is for sale now, asking $38.5 million.
