French architect Christian de Portzamparc is already well know around the world for his incredible work. And this time he just claimed how good he is. One 57 is new architectural masterpiece right in the middle of Manhattan New York. If we say Central Park, Midtown Manhattan and the height of 306m (1005ft), only one thing can cross your mind: mind blowing penthouses and mind blowing prices!

Big and famous New York developer Extell with Gary Barnett hired Christian de Portzamparc to design outstanding new tower on the plot of an L shape. They wanted the best views in the city and the best condominium in NY. And Christian made it. One 57 is located just 2 streets from Central Park. It's like having seats in the second row on your favorite show! Top floors of this 306m (1005ft) building will be penthouses of course, while lower floors will be condos. First 20 floors will be occupied by Park Hyatt Hotel with 210 rooms.

Number of floors you will find on the internet is 90, but we won't lie to you. It's a marketing trick, this tower is 75-story residential skyscraper. Talking about the best penthouses in the city, one of the penthouses in One 57 is sold for almost $100 million! Did Gary Barnett did a good move with this tower? Sure he did! One 57 is truly a new shiny jewel of Manhattan.

What buyers can get for almost $100 million you can see  here.
